Spacious, bright, double furnished bedroom and own private walk-in shower room on ground floor in a house. My accommodation is upstairs so feels like you have your own flat which opens up to a large open-plan kitchen/diner and great-sized garden. Very quiet, safe area, 5 minutes walk to all shops, restaurants, buses and Earlsfield train station which has trains every few minutes to Clapham Junction (6 mins), Vauxhall (9 mins) and Waterloo (12 mins). Also, 13 mins walk to Wimbledon Park underground station on district line.

Lots of lovely parks walking distance away (5 mins nearest), Wimbledon Park (13 mins) and Southside shopping centre 20 mins walk or short bus ride away.

Would suit clean, tidy, mature, professional woman who likes own space and privacy as well as having easy access into London. Me: friendly, mature, cheerful, easy-going and willing to help wherever possible. I have a small cat who is outside or upstairs with me most of the time. Looking for a working professional similar to me. Would consider Mon-Fri let too. Rent inclusive of bills.
