Hi, I'm Alex and I'm leaving my room after 8+ years. The flat is located just off Wandsworth Common and St John's Hill, a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction. Also walking distance to Wandsworth Town and Wandsworth Common station and plenty of Buses (bus to Waterloo directly outside the flat).

You will be living with Katy (who's also lived here 8+ years), an Architect working in Central London. The flat has a large shared living room, small galley kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a private carpark to the front of the building and we have happily used 2 spaces (one - our own, and one from a neighbour) so there should be no issue if you have a car / have visitors etc. There is also a huge garden to the rear of the building for BBQs etc. All neighbours are friendly and a lot have also been in the building 5 - 10 years.

The room itself is a decent size - double bed with triple, full height, built in wardrobes with large window so loads of daylight.

There are loads of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. We've become part a small community locally and Katy would be delighted if the new flatmate would join for drinks / food etc after work.

Bills are not included - £150 - £200 (ish) for water / gas / electricity / TV / Broadband / Council Tax etc each (per month).

The let is managed by Savilles and all references and financial checks will need to be completed and the deposit will be payable to myself - and Savilles will transfer the current deposit scheme into your name.
