Double room in friendly houseshare in SW London

Double room with own bathroom coming available at the end of April/beginning of May!

I am sadly leaving my room at the end of the month as I am in the process of buying a flat.

ABOUT THE ROOM
It is a really good size room with a lot of space and light coming in throughout the day.

Everyone has their own bathroom so you won't have to share it with anyone! Yours is just across the corridor upstairs. There is also a toilet downstairs for guests.

The room only comes with a king size bed, the rest will be yours to purchase. Although I can maybe sell my little wardrobe if you're interested.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is massive and has lots of storage!
There is a cute terrace at the back which will be perfect for barbecues in the summer!
There is also a garage (so extra storage) and the house is on a very quiet and private residential road so parking off-street is free.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES
Vanessa and Hen are two friendly and funny friends of mine with a little touch of craziness just the way we like it!
They are very respectful and considerate. We all enjoy spending time together (Vanessa being an old friend of mine) but they also like spending time on their own/with their bf.

If you want to view the house, you will have to meet both of them as we want to make sure you are a good fit and vibes. :-)

ABOUT YOURSELF
You must be a professional, ideally fun and up for a chat or a glass of wine (no stress if you don't drink lol).
We are looking for a friendly and respectful woman (sorry we're only looking for girlies!) who is CLEAN and tidy.

If you could describe yourself a little when you apply, that'd be great :-)

ABOUT THE TENANCY
Our tenancy agreement ends in April 2025 so you would be taking over my part.
We have respectively paid £1115 deposit which I assume will have to be paid to me. That's something we will discuss with the agency.

You will have to be able to provide payslips from the last 3 months and pass the agency checks.

Rent is £966 + bills (roughly £120 in winter)
Deposit: £1115
