I’m moving out of my flat so looking for someone to takeover!

Looking for someone to take over the existing contract from 1st May ideally. The contract will be for 12 months but with a 6 month break. Also the agency are super chill so like me if you need to move out they are fairly relaxed so long as you find a replacement!
The ground floor flat is on Earlsfield a road a 15-20min walk to Clapham Junction station and 10min walk to both Wandsworth Town and Earlsfield stations. No.77 bus stops right outside which goes to Waterloo and Tooting Broadway.
It has shared parking at the front of the property, our own courtyard and shared garden which is big for ldn! Perfect for bbqs! We are like our own separate bungalow so feels very spacious and nice!
It is a 2 bed flat, living with Harriet who is 26 and and a Civil Servant working in Westminster, WFH 2-3 days per week. She’s super nice and we do karaoke and have the occasional takeaways and night outs together so looking for someone friendly!
