Legends looking for an upgrade of a housemate

Lewis and Harriet are looking for a fun third flatmate to move into this spacious maisonette located next to the Southside Shopping complex in Wandsworth Town from the 6th April.
About your room - a cosy double room with a large bathroom next door which is all yours. All furniture in the room included (except the stool)

About the maisonette - it is split over three floors with a large storage area and shared toilet on the lower floor next to harriet’s room. The middle floor is a large open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with a balcony overlooking Wandsworth High street. Both yours and Lewis’s room are on the top floor.

Transport - the place is a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town rail station (12 mins into Waterloo) and 10 minute walk to East Putney tube station for the District Line. Also the place is surrounded by loads of bus stops on different bus routes (37, 337, 220, 270, 39, 156, 44, 87 and 28!) so very easy to go in all directions.

Cost - rent is £833.33 plus bills which are circa £150 a month. Pretty good price for an en-suite double bedroom in Wandsworth!

Your lovely housemates - Lewis (29, English) and Harriet (33, English) are friends from before. Both are very sporty/active (netball, football, tennis, tag rugby, F45, etc) but are also susceptible to a Guinness or two at the local Irish pubs. Harriet is a PE teacher at a local school and likes it when people laugh at her bad jokes. Lewis well he’s a bit like a Chandler from friends we don’t really know what he does, but very friendly and currently training for the London Marathon!

About you - as long as you're not a pain in the arse we'll probably get on well (we've lived with lots of spareroomers over the years, have loved it and are still good friends with most of them). But we're looking for a professional who ideally works in the office/not at home most of the time, is a similar age, sporty/active/outgoing rather than lounging in the flat all day, but also someone who is good company for a Netflix night in.
