Two Bright Double Rooms in Friendly Home

Hey! I’m Ruari and I’m looking for two friendly, considerate housemates to join my home in a bright, well-kept Victorian house in SW18 (5–10 mins walk to Earlsfield Station).

It’s a relaxed, clean house with a big living room, modern kitchen, and a garden.

The rooms:

There are two spacious double rooms available at the same time (but you can also take one room only, no need to take both so it would suit two individuals or two friends moving together (no couples please).

Both rooms are fully furnished, bright and comfortable, with plenty of storage. One room is currently being upgraded with a new double bed, so it’ll be ready for move-in.

Bills & cleaning:

Rent is £1,250 pcm per room and includes all bills. There’s also a fortnightly professional cleaner for the whole house included.

Location:

The house is on a quiet residential street, with Earlsfield Station around 5-10 minutes walk away, plus easy access to local shops, cafés and green spaces.

About me:

I’m easy-going, sociable and respectful of space. I’m into tennis/padel/golf, go to the gym regularly, and I’m always up for a good film/TV series or a relaxed chat in the kitchen. I also enjoy eating out and drinks with friends.

I do travel for a few months each year, so I’m looking for people who are independent, considerate, and comfortable in a friendly but grown-up home.

Who I’m looking for:

Ideally you’re a working professional who’s tidy, communicative, and up for a sociable but relaxed household. It’s important the house feels comfortable and easy for everyone.
