Spacious and bright double room available. The room is recently decorated with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The room has its own wifi booster to complement the over 50Mbps broadband available.

The flat is set over two floors (2nd and 3rd) with a shared living room, toilet and bathroom (with electric shower and underfloor heating). In the kitchen, you will have your own fridge, freezer and cupboard space.

Clapham Junction (zone 2) is about ten minutes walk away. Wandsworth Town (zone 2) is about 5-7 mins walk down the road. The alfresco bars and restaurants are a short walk away on Old York Road or St John's Hill and the newly developed Southside Shopping Centre is a short stroll down East Hill.

Bills are included in the monthly rent and cover council tax, water, energy, TV license, Broadband and the estate service charge.

I’m an indoor/outdoor hybrid – happy going for a long run or walk and exploring the city, as well as the occasional night in cooking or watching the box or having a chat. I'm currently working from home, but hoping to be back in the office at least part time in the coming months.

I'm looking for professional that's easy-going and happy doing their own thing, but up for a chat now and again and the odd trip to the pub / meal at home.
