Cute unit Wimbledon/Southfields

Seeking a new housemate as I am off travelling. When taking over the lease, you start your own new lease.

This unit is a perfect place for those who are after a tidy, considerate and social house who make it feel like home! Those who love park and nature walks as it is close to Wimbledon Common. Perfect for anyone who want to spend the summer tanning on a balcony with a wine or beer in a paddling pool with some tunes. 🙌

I currently live with 3 awesome girls who are friendly, sociable and clean.
Irish housemate- Pub admin who knows all the good spots around London with an amazing skill of styling hair.
Aussie housemate- Travel agent who can help you with all things flying.
English housemate- Nurse, for all things healthcare!

We share kitchen, living area and one bathroom, with an extra toilet downstairs.
The room is cosy however, the living area is big enough to have some chill out time, watch Netflix or just hang out with the girls. We have a balcony that we use often and I’m sure with summer it will only get better!
Just a short walk from Wimbledon Tennis courts and Southfields station.
Bus stop to Putney bridge right outside the block of units and a short walk to the bus stop to Clapham Junction.

Rent includes most bills.

Viewings are essential as the girls would like to meet their future housemate and the photos really don’t do the house justice.
