Large en-suite room available in Wimbledon

I’m sadly moving out of this lovely house in Wimbledon after nearly 4 years, as I’m leaving London.

Looking for someone to fill the room! Flexible on the move in date.

You'll be sharing with three other girls, all professionals aged 28-29. We're all really good friends so are looking for someone who also wants to become friends and be sociable rather than stay in their room. We all like the typical things; watching TV together, playing sports/the gym, going to the pub and the odd night out, but we also like our own space.

The room is a double room on the top floor with its own en-suite bathroom. The room comes with the bed, wardrobe, large mirror and chest of drawers.

The other 3 girls all share a bathroom on the first floor. The house has a large living room/kitchen area, a garden and on street parking is available with a permit.

Two of the girls work from home but have desks in their rooms, and there is space to put a desk in this room too (it currently has a desk in it but this is mine so won’t be staying).

The current tenancy expires on approx 21st October so the term would be for at least 6 months.

Deposit est £750-£950 TBC. Rent is £825. Bills are about £100 per month.
