Hello!
I'm a former housemate looking for someone to take my cosy room!

I've been here for over two years since arriving in London and it's been a great experience, but I'm moving in with friends now.
I'll be moving out on the 13th/14th so the room is available from the 15th or potentially the evening of the 14th of April.

Room
- Your room is fully furnished with a large desk (with cupboards), chair, shelves on the wall, clothing rail, a bed (with drawers) and a mattress.
- It's back garden facing so it's quiet.

House
- Semi-detached house in a quiet residential area
- The house contains 3 toilets and 2 showers, so it's not too busy.
- There are multiple fridges and personal space in the kitchen for your food/utensils. There are also shared utensils and cupboards.
- There's a large back garden and a patio area to sit out in and especially is great in the rain.
- We have a shared sitting room
- Lovely group of people with 3 lovely dogs!

Location
- Super safe feeling area, never had issues (even at night as a girl)
- It's within walking distance of several green spaces/parks including Morden Hall National Trust Park
- 5-minute walk to Morden underground station. (with busses going to most places)
- 7-minute walk to South Merton railway station
- 20-minute walk to the Tram station.
- Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland and several other shops/amenities 5 minutes walk away

Bills
-All bills included like wifi, council tax etc, except for some gas and electricity (currently only during winter around £20 pm)
