We have 2 rooms to rent in a large Victorian property in Wimbledon.

Room 1 is large double room on the ground floor.
Room 2 is a smaller double room on the 1st floor.

The house is a four-bedroom vicrotian proprty with 2 bathrooms, a large communal lounge and large modern kitchen.

Situated on Haydons Rd in Wimbledon. It’s a short walk (15 min) or bus (6 min) into Wimbledon town centre where you will find an array of restaurants, bars and retail shops and the Wimbledon mainland rail station.

The garden is perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun, having a BBQ or socialising with friends.

Tenancy is a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. We ideally would sign on a 12-month contract, with a 6-month break clause.

Bills: ~£125 PCM

£75 Paid to the landlord covers Council Tax, Broadband (500MB) and a cleaner every two weeks for 3 hrs).
Gas and Electric are covered by the tanants, costing around £45 pcm.

Transport Links:
Transport options include the Northern line (Collierswood), Wimbledon SW rail to Waterloo or the District line and a Thames Link train on Haydons rd going into the city (Blackfriers) or as far north as Luton.

There is local pub 200m away – The Garden Shed

Garfield park is 100m away, with a trail along the Wandle river leading to the Thames and other parks along the Wadle Valley

Haydons Rd Recreation grounds has Tennis, basketball, bowls, cricket and more
