2 double rooms coming up

Hi guys

I have 2 double rooms located in the heart of Colliers Wood that I would like to let out …. I’m looking for down to earth people who enjoy having there spare time but doesn’t mind mingling whenever is possible ….

I am originally a Hindu and we don’t eat certain meats in the house …. Therefore I need someone who willing to respect this and follow or is just like this too ….

House viewing will start on the 30 th of May but before you move in … you will need to provide reference to ensure you are able to pay for the rent ….

The house is near Colliers Wood station ( 8-10 ) minutes walk on the northern line … we have a co-ops super market on the high street and on a 10mins walk there is also a Sainsbury’s and marks and Spencer …. We’re only 15 mins walk away from Tooting Broadway … and we have excellent bus route which takes u to Wimbledon and Kingston … also we’re 13 mins away from the Tandem centre … a location full of restaurants and different gyms to choice from …. We are 35 mins away from central London by the tube and approximately 45 mins away from the tennis stadium….
This location is the prime location

The £1000 is only for the room and some bills you will have to pay a additional £ 95 which will be for the energy bills but bare in mind in the winter this will rise
