Single room in 2 bed garden flat 🏡

Hey!

I have a spare room available in my 2 bed flat in Colliers Wood and looking for someone lovely and chilled to fill it!

The room:
Small single room, with built in storage, underfloor heating, and electric skylight (with rain sensor).

Location:
Zone 3 - It's about a 10 mins walk to Colliers Wood tube, 15 mins to Tooting Broadway (and Tooting Market) and 5 mins to St George's hospital.

When I'm not working I like to go to the gym, play tennis, or just spend an evening on the sofa!

I work shifts 5 on/ 5 off so am out of the house a lot of the time so it’s very quiet and chilled.

The house is 2 bed so only sharing the house with me! There's under stairs storage, washer-dryer and a dishwasher.
There's bi-fold doors at the back leading onto a garden which is a dream in summer ☀️
It's also situated on a cul-de-sac so is lovely and quiet despite being so close to tooting!

Looking for someone who also likes to keep the house clean and tidy 🫶 there’s a dining table in the kitchen for anyone who works from home.

I also occasionally look after my sister's two sausage dogs so would need to be okay with dogs - as long as they get attention they'll be fine with anyone!!
