Single room king size bed in big house with Garden

We're a household of three easy going South African guys, all working professionals. We have a room coming up for rent in our house in SW19 middle of February.

This is a smaller size room and comes with a king sized bed. It can also be unfurnished or furnished with 1 separate drawer units (can be 2) and a separate double-door standing cupboard. There are also additional shelves fitted on the wall for ornaments, photos or plants.

The room is east facing and is on the 2nd floor of the house with a shared shower/bath and a separate toilet. Two other bedrooms are on this floor.

The ground floor has a good size kitchen, with three double-door fridge-freezers (two of those are shared with two of us and you so plenty of space), dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine, air fryer and double-door oven and a separate stove 4-plate gas stove top.

We have a large lounge with three couches and large TV (surround sound 👌🏼with Sky, Netflix, Prime, Paramount) and leads onto the back patio for summer braais/bbqs, beers, wine and an outside table and a big garden for your pre-summer holiday tan. 😄.

Bills are included and split 4 ways. Storage in the attic and an outside shed for a couple of things.

Nearest tube and train stations are Wimbledon, South Wimbledon, Morden and South Merton stations all of about 10-15-mins walk away.

Ideally, you are also South African (if not can you appreciate are undying support for the Springboks at least, haha) for commonality, braais/bbqs and good vibes but we are not a party house for a thousand people.

Zero tolerance for drug/weed users.

The room would suit someone who is good humoured and mentally stable, not rude or aggressive and employed and looking to make some new friends and can handle our sense of humour. We're sociable and get along and we also respect each others privacy.

No couples as this would crowd the house.
Either a male or a female are welcome.

Bills included are wi-fi, water, gas, electricity, council tax, a cleaner once a week and cleaning/household products.
