We’re looking for a new housemate(s) to share a great house in Wimbledon with us from the beginning of November. Couples are welcome!
The House
The house is close to both Wimbledon and Colliers Wood. It’s got a great living room, conservatory and kitchen/dining area on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the first floor and an ensuite bedroom at the top floor.
There’s also a small garden out the back.
The Room
The available room is the large ensuite bedroom at the top of the house. It has a super king size bed, underfloor heating and plenty of built in wardrobe space.
The price is not inclusive of bills, but bills come to about £70-£80 per person per month.
Travel
The house is pretty conveniently located close to a number of different stops:
- National Rail (Haydon's Road) is about 2 minutes away, for trains to London Bridge and St Pancras
- Northern Line (Collier's Wood) is about 10-15 minutes away
- District Line (Wimbledon) is about 15-20 minutes away (or about 5 minutes on the bus).
Shops and local area
- Sainsbury’s Local and Co-Op are both about 5 minutes away on Haydon's Road
- There’s a big Sainsburys/M&S/retail park close to Colliers Wood station
- Wimbledon has a great choice of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
