About the room:

The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed with storage underneath, a big chest of drawers, and a small wardrobe space. There's a large cupboard under the stairs too with access from the room use for storage exclusive for the occupant of the room.

This room is small but cozy! Fortunately, we have the privilege of having amazing common areas in the house, such as the garden and the living room.

To secure the room a deposit of £600 is required plus the month's rent of £700 at the beginning of the tenancy.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, including gas & electricity, water, council tax, and broadband.


About the area:

The area is very peaceful but well-connected. The 170, 39, 37, 14, 88, and 439 buses run right outside the house or at not more that 3 minutes walk

It's just a 10 minute walk from East Putney and Putney train station and a 5-10 minute walk from Southfields.

Parking outside is available (no private parking) close road so really safe area.

About us:

We are Adrian, Luz, Sarah, and our small dog Chispas. A Small family living in London since 2017 and we have a spare room that would like to offer for rent we are looking to share the space with a friendly and responsible person.

We are friendly, open-minded people, we love good companies the atmosphere is clean, quiet, and cosy.
