Looking for someone to take over and move in on the 15th of June!

1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom+2.5 bathroom flat available for lease takeover until December 15, 2024 (lease renewal discussion possible with landlord). This room shares a large spacious bathroom with 1 other flatmate. Current 2 male flatmates, between 30-32 years old, are both working professionals: an engineer in tech from Belgium and a sustainability investor from Denmark. Both are tidy, professional, travel often, quiet and extremely respectful.

Great location (right next to Buckingham Palace)! <5 minute walk to Victoria Underground Station (Victoria, District, and Circle lines), Victoria Train station (<35 mins to Gatwick Airport), and <10 minute walking distance to Victoria Coach Station.

Monthly rent is £1230, lease transfer fee is £50. Rent + Bills + Council Tax Total = £1400 per month.
