We are looking for someone friendly to take the spare room in our modern 2 bedroom flat. (Short term 1-6 month contracts, female only sorry!)
A little about us...
We are both professionals, I am an Illustrator and work from home and my partner is a Software Engineer in the city. We are relaxed, friendly people who enjoy the simple things in life.
Our flat is well located for working in the city, it is walking distance to the Tate Britain, Pimlico Station, Victoria & Westminster. A good money saver on commuting costs!
The flat comes fully furnished, including kitchen ware and we cover all the bills. The spare room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk.
We've recently redecorated so everything is nice and fresh! All we ask for is a friendly face to enjoy the space with us :)
We are looking for a professional (or a mature student) that is clean, tidy and respectful*
*We want you to feel at home but would not be happy with parties in our home.
We love to cook and would enjoy sharing a meal or a coffee before work.
