Centrally located in a quiet area of Westminster, the property is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and a number of gyms.

It is a 7 minute walk to St James’s Park tube station and 10 minute walk to Westminster / Victoria / Pimlico, giving easy access to the rest of the city.

New tenant will replace my current flatmate who is moving out. Professionals preferred. Minimum 1 year stay. The price includes wifi.

I’m Laura, 25 years old, and I have been living in the UK for almost 6 years and, I’m working full time in IT for a fashion luxury brand.
I am a sociable and calm person who likes to relax, hang out, go out for a meal or a drink and cook (big foodie!). I love travelling, photography and discover new places in London!
I’d love to get along well with my flatmate and hang out with him/her but I’m also independent and I like to have my space!
I’m also tidy, clean and respectful of the common area we share! :)
