The flat is located 5 minutes from the local Sainsbury's, there's a Pret, Leon's, Café Nero and Itsu nearby. It's 10 - 12 minute walk to St. James and Westminster stations and a bus that stops outside which goes further West and to East London.

It's a 6-month contract to start with the possibility of extension.

Bills usually come to ~£120 in the summer and £160 in the winter (energy, council tax and Wifi.
