Spacious double room in Victoria (SW1)

Hi!

We're two girls living in Victoria looking for a third housemate to share our spacious home with. We both work in consulting (currently from home), and while of course we can’t wait for things to get back to normal we do love chilling at home with a glass of wine and some yummy food in the evenings (and obvs always up for watching Christmas films)!

The room available is a big double room on the first floor which costs £820 + £65 bills (includes gas, electricity, council tax, tv license, internet and water) per month. There is also a desk in the room which makes it ideal for WFH.

Our current flat mate is unfortunately moving out of London due to Covid. We’re looking for someone to move in around the first weekend of December so would like to get things rolling asap. We’re more than happy to do in-person viewings (with masks etc) but also happy to do virtual viewings if easier/ you’d prefer.

In terms of our location, we’re in a good spot for transport options, with Victoria station no more than 5 mins walk away and St James’ park and Pimlico stations less than 10. More importantly, we have London’s best brunch spot (or so we think) 2 mins away!

Last but not least we have a private landlord so there will be no fees to move in and should be very smooth-running!
