ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
The apartment used to be a double bedroom flat but we have converted the living room into a third bedroom.
It compromises of a well-organised spacious kitchen and a bathroom (bidet included - which is very rare to find in standard London flats!). Later this August we will put new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, along with a new carpet within the whole flat. The common spaces will be also repainted, making this apartment more luxurious!

ABOUT CURRENT TENANTS:
We are one girl, Debora, and a boy, Gabriele, from Italy, both in mid-twenties. We are currently working in London within the luxury marketing & sales field. We have been living in the apartment for two years and unfortunately our current third flatmate will be leaving London soon.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ideally, we are looking for a working flatmate, between 24-30 years old.
The ideal person should be clean, respectful of common spaces and responsible - but also someone who enjoys having a glass of wine with us and a chat! We are very easy going and we like to make everyone feel like home!

ABOUT THE CONTRACT:
It is an yearly contract and it will be signed with us and the landlord directly towards early September. You will need to pay a £900 deposit and this will be given back to you at the end of the tenancy.

As per contract’s formality, a guarantor will be requested but this doesn’t have to be UK-based. Your parents can be even your guarantors.
Every contract detail will be explained during the viewing so that you are aware of its formality and clause.
