Double bedroom with own bathroom

Hi everyone,

My lovely flatmate and friend is moving out to another part of London, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take his room.

The room is a good-sized double with your own private balcony, tall cupboards and built-in bookshelves, giving you lots of storage. You’ll also have the main bathroom all to yourself.

The flat is on St Georges Drive and is in a lovely white stucco building, with high ceilings throughout and a spacious living room. The other great thing about living here is of course location. You’ll be right at the heart of zone 1, with Pimlico station 5 minutes away and Victoria station 10 minutes away. The street itself is quiet but restaurants, pubs and shops are super close. Tesco, Waitrose, a large Sainsburys and lots more are all within 5-15 mins walk.

Ideally looking to have a sociable, friendly houseshare so here’s a little about me. I’m a civil servant, currently working in digital policy. I’m an outgoing guy who enjoys a chat while at home and is happy to share a night in or go out for a drink. I’m also respectful of personal time and space and on weeknights am often at the gym or out seeing friends. Other stuff I love doing in my spare time are keeping up my languages, hiking, theatre, indoor climbing, travel, and the odd night out. I’m clean and tidy and am looking for someone who’s the same.

The ideal move-in date would be 08 March. If you need to move in earlier (or a little later), it may be possible so just let me know.
