This is an amazing, quiet, tidy flat in a very desirable location for £950 (bills included). Every room has large windows so benefits from natural light all day long- which is very uplifting!

The double bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The flat offers a kitchen/dining space on the first floor.

The top floor has a bathroom, with a separate toilet. The flat has high ceilings & is split across two levels of a low rise block (we are the top floor being the 3rd & 4th floor).

(There is a living room with a balcony which is available outside Monday to Thursday 8.30am-6.30pm as I work computer based in this room during the week).

Bills are included and cover electricity, water, wifi, council tax, and any cleaning products.

There is flexibility around the move in date 1st April, which we can discuss.

The location is excellent: 5 minutes walk to Pimlico tube, 15 minutes walk to Victoria station. There is a Tesco express on our door step, a post office and some really nice restaurants and cafes.

About me:
I’m Karen, a born and bred Londoner. I’ve lived in the flat now for 7 years and love it here. I lead a busy life, am a working professional and when not at work I am normally out seeing family and friends. Whilst at home I like cooking, painting and staying fit.

This is a calm home environment. So I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and has mutual respect for the space.
