FLAT DESCRIPTION:
A bright and sunny second floor flat, with lift, in a small purpose built block (of 4 flats) - right in the heart of Pimlico. The area is peaceful and safe, yet only a short walk to Victoria stations (train, tube and coach) and Pimlico tube. There is a brilliant food market in Tachbrook Street - the whole area buzzes with great shops, cafes, delis & restaurants. And it's not much further to the House of Commons, Whitehall and Tate Britain in one direction, and Sloane Square in the other. You can also walk down to the river and over Chelsea Bridge to the wonderful open spaces of Battersea Park.
The flat has a great feeling of space (62 sq m): with three double bedrooms (the living room is converted into a third bedroom); a fully fitted, eat-in kitchen; the bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there's even a bidet! The neighbours are quiet.

THE ROOM:
The room comes COMPLETELY furnished - double bed with storage and an extra storage structure. The room is incredibly bright and airy.

ABOUT US:
Veronika (26) is a super cool girl and can speak up to 6 languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Latvian and English!). She has lived in so many different countries, so she has a very multicultural approach and background. She is currently working and interested in finance.

I am Italian, 26-year old, and have been living away from Italy for almost 8 years between UK and Germany. I am interested in art and culture; and currently working for watches and jewellery within the field of sales and marketing. I will start my part-time master in September.

IDEAL FLATMATE:
Veronika and myself are looking for someone friendly who is as tidy and clean as we are (although not militant) and also okay with their own space. We want to make the flat feel like home; so we like to share food and glasses of wines, cook together as well as go for walks and talks during the weekends.
It would be great of course if you could tell us something about yourself, your job and your ideal flatmate too :)

LOGISTICS:
Bills come roughly to £80 per month per person for council tax, internet, gas & electric and the water bill.

CONTRACT:
Will be signed with the landlord directly. 1 year contract with 4-months break close.
