Let me explain in a very straightforward manner to ensure there is no confusion,
as I don't regularly rent out my room. It's only on occasion when I need to temporarily, but there are rules to be understood as this is my home, not just a rental space.
So, the right person must write and tell me that they real fully And understand it
"And actually looking for similar for exactly place like mine"
This is why I'm offering at a reduced price in such a central location, to expand the circle for a nice person
So it's staying like with a new friend in London- but 3 Month's Maximum
So it's not suitable for those seeking long-term accommodation. And I do not accept people with a lot of belongings – or moving homes - My flat is small And clean and I want to keep it that way
And I don't want the drama of moving clothes in and moving out
( So if you have a lot of belongings elonging And so many luggages - don't come to my place )

I only accept someone with one language or two luggages - Airbnb style

My Flat:
My flat has only two rooms and I don't have extra living room
one bathroom, and one kitchen

This room is my second room and I'm renting My room in Airbnb when i'm travelling. On weekly basis

" So keep in mind that this will be isolated accommodation. Because you cannot bring somebody to my home.
And when i'm travelling the only companion you will have will be my Airbnb guest
So you have to be ok to live by yourself

It's within walking distance from Victoria Train station, Victoria coach station, and Pimlico underground. Additionally, it's only 100m from the Thames River, also known as the London River.


Rules :
1- No visitors are allowed
Only once in a while. A close family member for 1 night
2- I'm looking for someone who doesn't heavily drink alcohol and doesn't smoke in door ( No drugs whatsoever)
I myself only drink coffee
3- I only accept well-educated and respectful individuals who is friendly and nice. Someone trustworthy..
