About the flat:
3rd floor flat in a period property in Pimlico (no lift).
You will have a double room, your own private study/dressing room, and your own shower room. The rooms have brand new carpet and the double room has a brand new mattress. The double room has just been painted with Lakeland No-VOC Air Purifying paint. The rooms are bright, with views to the street. The sudy/dressing room has a built-in bookcase and a built-in wardrobe.
The galley kitchen, with a breakfast bar and a washer/dryer, is shared with me.

Bills are around £200 per person per month. The property is placed in band D for Council Tax purposes.

About the area:
5-10min walk to Victoria and Pimlico Stations. 1 min walk to the bus stop. Supermarkets (including a big Sainsbury's) and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

About me:
An internal auditor from Spain, working nearby. I usually work in the office five days a week, so I see the flat as a place to rest and unwind after a long day. My approach is 'live and let live'.

About you:
I'd like to share the flat with someone who is tidy, clean and quiet, and who would see the flat as a home for the long term. Party animals are not welcome. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
