Amazing room with great storage and a new mattress available with a double bed The flat is situated in SW2- great location close to Brixton, Clapham, Streatham Hill and Balham, only short distances away. The room is £700 pcm including ALL bills. You would be living with me and my boyfriend. We both work as teachers and he is also a DJ and me a yoga teacher. It is definitely not a party house but I am sociable and up for a few drinks sometimes. The flat is a cosy home and it's nice to come back to after a busy week :) cooking, baths, movies etc.
The living room has beautiful wooden floors, TV with all channels. There is also a TV for the spare room if you wanted it. The bathroom has a bath/shower with large mirror and classy black and white tiles - no damp or nasty walls as it is well looked after and clean. The flat is cool in summer and warm in winter. Wifi also included and everything works well. This room is a safe bet and a great room with everything you could need. Brockwell Lido and great parks are very close too. There is parking for anyone with a car or permits that can be used.
I am going to do viewings this week and next and can't wait to find someone lovely to live with. I have advertised that the room would be PERFECT for someone who works in London during the week but is away during the weekend but I am also open to having someone who is not in this situation and after a full time flat or flexibility.
