Hello all!

We have 2 lovely double rooms available in a 3-bed house in Streatham Hill.

Room One (£730)
Double bed, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table, and a wardrobe. Double glazed windows, blackout curtains and a powerful radiator make this room super cosy during the winter. There is a spare 4th room next door, which is where the wardrobe is, as well as a desk and chair. This room is also useful for storage or having guests.

Room Two (£760)
Comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, full-length mirror, wardrobe, and also has double glazed windows.

The kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, and a fold-out table which is great to get out for dinner parties! There is a snug lounge area within the kitchen with 2 very comfy sofas. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath and another toilet upstairs.

Within a 5-minute walk, there is a Co-Op, Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local, and M&S Foodhall. For bigger food shops, there is a big Sainsburys and Aldi in Balham (10-15 min walk) or a big Tesco in Streatham (15 min walk or bus). Balham is also home to lots of cute individual coffee shops with lots of great brunches (when they reopen!) Streatham Hill is home to a Fitness First and F45 (both less than 5 mins walk), more coffee shops, yummy tapas at "Bar 61" or sourdough pizza at "Italian Bistro". The Streatham Space Project is just up the road and hosts comedy nights, exhibitions, theatre and other great events.

The bus stop outside M&S can take you just about anywhere! Loads of buses to Brixton (takes 15 mins) and to central (the number 159 has been my best friend taking me from the front door to my office in Piccadilly in 45-55 mins). Streatham Hill station is a 2-minute walk away with direct trains to London Victoria, Battersea Park, Clapham Junction, Balham, London Bridge and loads more! You can find the Northern Line in Balham, which is only a 10-15 min walk away. There is street parking right outside which will need a permit - but is free without a permit anytime apart from 10am-midday Monday to Friday.

This property is managed by Atkinson McLeod in Balham so will require references. Bills are not included but come to around £100 each a month.

Rosie will be staying in the house, she is 23, works in design, is a brilliant veggie cook, loves a good gym sesh or run, chilled Netflix evenings, or heading for dinner or lots of wine.
