Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a nice, clean, tidy and respectful housemate to move in:

The room will be available from around 1st March, 2021.

The Room:
-Large double room based on the ground floor with a nice
queen sized bed and lots of storage!
-Laminated floors
-Lockable with separate key 
-Great access to all communal areas including the garden.
-Lots of space for a desk in addition to other things you may have.

The House:
-Living room - two comfy leather sofas and armchairs,
coffee table and flat screen TV.
-Kitchen - TWO fridge freezers (so you will have more than
one shelf to yourself plus freezer space), oven, gas cooker,
microwave and a washing machine.
-Garden - We have got an amazing backyard which is
suitable for some hibernation.
-Bathrooms - We've got two bathrooms, one bath which is
only used as a bath and one shower, both with good
water pressure.
-Internet - Unlimited efficient wireless internet (no issues
working from home).
-Heating - is provided by high efficiency electric radiators
and the house gets hot very quickly once powered on.

Off street parking is available and free of charge.

Bicycle storage - available but a protector is recommended.

The house is kept tidy and cleaned on a weekly basis (we clean up after ourselves especially within the communal areas)

Location/Transport:

Very good transport links!

We live in the heart of Streatham Hill which is minutes away from Brixton, Clapham and Balham.

Underground - Victoria Line - Brixton Tube station is 7 minutes away by bus.

Underground – Northern Line - Access to the Northern Line from Balham.

Overground - Streatham Hill train station is 5 minute walk and have great connections to Balham, Clapham Junction, West and East Croydon or Victoria.

Buses - 159N, 109, 250, 333, 133N, 57, 250, 219, 59, 319 and many more.

Shops:
Marks and Spencer Food Hall, Starbucks, Superdrug’s and Sainsbury’s are a couple of minutes away together with different restaurants and wine bars.

Fitness and Leisure : There are numerous gym and fitness facilities in the area.

Parks: there are numerous parks in the area such as Tooting Bec Common, Brockwell Park, Streatham Common and Clapham Common.

Existing Housemates:
You've got, Scott, Ketter and myself. We all have a great bond but respect each others space and down time.
The house is not a party house, we will work, so its a relaxed and fairly quiet environment.

You:
Considerate, clean, tidy and respects ones individual privacy, looking to move for a minimum of 6 months to one year...longer would be great!

Costs:
Rest is £700 per month All INC of all bills and excluding minor toiletries etc..
Bond is a month rent, 700.
