15min walk to beautiful Brockwell Park.
There is currently 4 people living in the house, 2 guys and 2 woman.
We do like to socialize, doing bbq together or just have a drink on the end of the week but we also respect our privacy and respect each other.
We do have weekly cleaning schedule of common areas.
Bills are not included (council tax, water, electricity and gas + TV licence) water and TV licence is paid once in a year, gas, electricity and council monthly.
