1 bedroom in 3 bedroom House - Family House Share

We are a family of four (mum, dad and two children aged 4 and 2) living in a 3 bedroom house in between Brixton and Streatham.

We have a single bedroom available to rent and are looking for someone who is happy to live in a family home. The house has a garden and is near several parks (Brockwell - 10 minute walk - and Holmewood Gardens - 1 minute walk). It is a 15 minute walk to Brixton or Streatham (though there are lots of buses).

There is also a small sainsburys nearby (5 minutes walk) for any last minute shopping!

All bills are included in the price (gas, elec, water, CT and broadband).

Note that we would want someone who is happier with it being quieter at night as the two children go to bed between 7pm and 8pm. Also, the children do sometimes wake at night - however the nights are peaceful as they easily go back to sleep.

I am an Engineer and my wife is a Creative Director. My work often involves lots of travel and am often away 1 or 2 nights a week (pre-COVID). My wife runs a theatre company, the yellow box theatre.
