Double bed in split level flat in Brixton Hill

Remaining bills would come to around £100-150 on top of the rent depending on use for energy.

Open to Monday to Friday (or similar) at £900 all in.

There is still some furniture to buy but a lovely flat, great location and very livable and cosy. Newly renovated the bathroom and kitchen.

The room has a double bed, lounge chair and has a built-in wardrobe and set of drawers. Very open to taking items out or bring your own furniture if full time.

I am currently working from home in the 3rd bedroom, 2 days a week.

There is also a resident indoor cat. Please don't be allergic. 🥰

The WiFi is super speed and brand new, so great with working from home. I may ask you to feed the cat sometimes if I'm not in. Cuddles and play time are free :)

It's a really quiet place. Neighbours keep to themselves. I've had friend/s around for dinner, drinks or games nights into the early hours with no issues. It's not a party house, but there are times when I do forget about the time!

I'd like to find a clean, tidy professional. Ideally, who doesn't work from home every day - as the bills have already gone up with these energy hikes. But also I'm sure you'd like to not both work from home all day too !

I am fairly active and go to yoga and gym regularly however, I am a massive foodie and cook and go out quite often too!

Transport wise its about 5-10 min walk to a bus to Brixton which takes 5 mins- Victoria line from there is 20 mins to Oxford Circus! You can also cycle to the tube station in 10 mins.

We are also 10-15min walk to Tulse Hill Station which links the city by Thameslink train. There's also Streatham Hill around 15 mins walk (or a short 5 min bus ride) that links to Clapham Junction. All trains can take you easily to a day trip out of London! Very useful location!

I also have free parking available if you drive - no permits required!
