Spacious split level flat in Tulse Hill. Downstairs there is large kitchen with table for meals, full height fridge/freezer, modern hob/cooker and dishwasher.
The living room is fully furnished with two sofas, loads of house plants and leads on to a private balcony.

Upstairs there is a double room where I am living and two singles. One is occupied by my quiet, friendly male house mate.
The third room is available.
The room is freshly painted, clean and modern with large light windows. It is furnished with a comfy single bed, desk and chair, small set of drawers and separate wardrobe.
There is plenty of storage and common space in the flat.

The flat is in an ex local authority block. It is a small, quiet and friendly estate. It is very secure and homely.
We are a 10 min walk from Tulse Hill Station and all the pubs and shops on the high street,
A 10 min walk in the other direction takes you to Streatham Hill with super quick buses to Brixton.

Available now short term lets until end of April.
Happy to chat about renting per day too.
The most important thing is the flat is kept in good order but we have a friendly and chilled environment.

I am vegan and would much prefer a meat free house.

All bills, including council tax and wifi included.
