The room is currently unfurnished but a bed and wardrobe can be added if required.

The flat has recently been refurbished and is very spacious with a large kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.

The flat is conveniently located 3 min walk from bus stop with buses that will get you to Brixton, Clapham South and Clapham North within 15 minutes. There is also a Sainsbury’s local and anytime fitness gym 3 min walk away from flat.

All bills are included.
Parking is available with a permit from the council.

Available for single occupancy only, no couples.

Rachael, 30. Physiotherapist. Gym rat who loves food, music and sports.

Ash, 29. Currently in education. Loves going to gigs, exploring the city, travelling and being active.

Joe, 35. Tutor. Loves sports, keeping fit and music.

Looking for someone who is on the same wavelength, easy going, clean, tidy, and respectful of communal spaces. We all have different schedules but enjoy hanging out together and visiting our local for a drink or two when we’re all free.
