Double room in large 3 storey sociable house

Hello!

We have a double bedroom available in our 6-bedroom house in Brixton Hill and are looking for a new friendly, sociable housemate. We're all get along and are looking for someone who is keen to get involved and be a good addition to the house :)

A little bit about us: we are 3 guys and 2 girls, all 26-28 years old who are all currently working different jobs in London (fashion marketing, sales, finance, charity). A couple of us work hybrid (at least 3 days in the office) with the other 3 working from the office full time. We are respectful and tidy people who all get on well with each other and ideally want someone like-minded to join the house. We often do things together like cook and chill together in the evening but also all have our own lives and friendship groups.

The property has great transport links and is a 10/15 min walk from Brixton and Clapham Common/North/South tube stations with a bus stop a stones throw away from the house at the end of the road. The house is very spacious featuring a large open plan kitchen/living room, big garden, patio, 3 bathrooms and a car parking space.

The room (photos attached) is a spacious double room on the top floor of the house with lots of light and plenty of space for a wardrobe, desk etc.

It is available for £800pm + bills and the deposit is £846. The bills are roughly £60-80pm depending on usage throughout the month.

The current person in the room is moving out on the 11th May and rent is due from the 12th so we are looking for someone who is happy to take over from that date. We have the house until mid-November this year and will look to extend if the landlord is happy for us to. He mentioned he is not looking to sell so fingers crossed we can extend.
