Massive double room in Gorgeous Clapham North flat

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a spacious double room in a well-located flat between Clapham North and Brixton- move in date 8th March

📍 Location
• 3-minute walk to Lidl
• 10-minute walk to Clapham North station
• 10-minute walk to Brixton station

Really convenient for the Victoria Line or northern line and got good shops and pubs all v close by!!!

🛏️ The Room
The room is very spacious (genuinely large for London) and comes furnished with:
• Bed
• Chest of drawers
• Built-in wardrobe

There’s plenty of space for additional furniture or a desk if you work from home. I have it set up with a TV and the kallax units but those will be coming with me :)
There is also under bed storage and little alcoves in the wall that give more storage.

👭 The Flat
You’ll be living with Marianne who’s 30 and been here nearly a year, and then Alyssa (25) will be moving in same time :)
They’re looking for someone who fits a calm, clean and friendly household- love a natter in the kitchen but respectful of each other

📅 Move-In Details
• Move-in date: 8th March
• Ideally looking to send names off for referencing this week need to get sorted asap
