Sadly, our current flatmate is leaving to move out with her boyfriend, so we are looking for someone of a similar age to take her place!

We’re both friendly & laid back, mostly loving chilled evenings on weeknights. In our spare time we enjoy all the usual stuff.. pub trips, fitness classes, walks, festivals - just overall good vibes!

We're ideally after someone who's settled in their own routine, independent but someone who is easy to get along with and up for the occasional pub trip.

The flat is on two floors, with all rooms on one floor and an open plan kitchen/living area on the other floor.

Each room has a bathroom separating them, so noise between rooms is minimal.

The house is a clean, cosy, friendly and chilled environment.
