Sub-let-apartment of 3 girls in Brixton/Clapham

Hey everyone. My name is Anna and I am moving away for 3 months over summer so need someone to take over my room temporarily. I live in an apartment with 3 other lovely girls who are very social and welcoming.

The rent is £845 and bills come to around £80 a month. The location is really convenient as there are buses that frequently come just outside the house.

-On Brixton hill
- 20 minute walk to Clapham Common (northern line)
- 15 minute walk to Brixton (victoria line)
- Tescos Express 2 min walk away
- 8 minute walk to Sainsbury’s
- 15 min walk to Lidl
- Lots of gyms/cafes close by!!!

A little bit about us; we’re a super friendly and fun flat of girls who love to socialise, party, have cosy nights in and have a good natter

Ash (26) is a secondary school, English teacher who has been in London for almost two years, after moving over from New Zealand! In her spare time she loves running, going out for coffee, reading and socialising with friends

Dani (30) is also a secondary school, science teacher and previous friend of Ash’s from university; she also just moved from New Zealand last year! She enjoys rollerblading, crafting and going on pub crawls!

Anna (25) is a documentary maker and journalist who loves to travel and do lots of baking. She enjoys day trips, brunches and going to concerts.

I’m gutted to be leaving the girls over summer as they’re literally like sisters to me; anyone who moves in would honestly be so welcome, and lucky to take my place! Ideally we’re looking for another gal to take my place and join the flat sisterhood x
