We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our lovely 3 bed home, tucked away on a quiet road just off Brixton Hill, with a sunny private garden. The tenancy starts with 6 months and then rolls monthly.

The move in date could be potentially negotiated if needed to be moved earlier. 😊

The double room is light, spacious, and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, cabinets and drawers. Just to note, the desk and chair in the photos aren’t included.

The flat has a bright open plan kitchen, living and dining space, a shared bathroom, and a gorgeous little garden which is perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

We’re in a really safe, well connected area within walking distance of Brockwell Park and Clapham Common. There are loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops nearby. Brixton and Clapham North or Common are about a 20 minute walk, and there are buses every few minutes into Brixton.

About me, I’m Jess. I’ve lived here for 3 years and really love it. I’m a primary school teacher nearby and very much in my Pilates era at the moment 😊

The flat has always had a calm, easy vibe. We’ve enjoyed cooking dinners together, having a glass of wine in the garden or heading to yoga, but we also really respect each other’s space.

I’d love to find someone who is sociable, tidy and easy going to join the home.
