Double room in friendly house - female preferred

Lovely double room available in chilled and spacious shared house!

Current easy going & tidy housemates are looking for the same kind of person to share our home. Positive vibes and female is the ideal scenario!

The house itself has a lot of space for everyone to be as sociable (or as quiet) as they wish. There is a huge open plan kitchen living room with double doors to garden.

There is also another separate living room perfect for a few glasses of wine or an evening of Netflix!

Current housemates:

Lara - working in marketing (and from home one day a week). Love all things creative as well as coffee, chocolate and travelling!

Nic - working as a sports coach/ personal trainer and very laid back with excellent BBQ skills!

A little (& slightly shy) cat 'Nala' also lives in the house, but spends most of her days outside trying to catch small imaginary flying things...lol

We enjoy socialising but also really respect one anothers space... Equally happy to chill out with a drink in the garden and have a natter, or order a take-away infront of the telly! We have different schedules & sometimes don't cross paths for a couple of days, but do occasionally have friends over for dinner/ drinks & BBQ - in general its a very chilled house and as homely or sociable/ quiet as you want it to be!

The room is available from 1st March, and comes furnished with bed and wardrobe (or can be unfurnished if needed). We look forward to meeting you!!
