The 1930s mid-terrace house has a large garden and will be shared with a medical student and professionals (incl. the owner).

The house kept clean, and we have a very homely household with plenty of privacy.

The room is on the first floor and has an extendable Ikea double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

The first-floor bathroom with a bath and a shower is shared with one other person (female).

The other female lodger has a small dog.
