Hi friends, I am looking to sublet my room in London for the summer 2025 i. e. from 1st June to 30th July 2025.
It is a bright and spacious room with its own private bathroom and bathtub, located in a beautiful Victorian townhouse in Southwest London (near Wimbledon), and shared with two other housemates.

The house is located in a safe neighbourhood surrounded by parks. It is a short 8-minute walk from the train station which is right by the High street, with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and a gym!
Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. Ideal for young professionals/students. References preferred (even one will do).
The rent is 800 pounds, excluding bills.
