About the place:
The spacious room available is on the 1st floor, bright and comfy, with me and my other housemate on the top floor.
We share the kitchen and living room area, but you will have access to your own bathroom on the first floor.

Roadside parking available just outside the door (permit needed) with free parking options just a few minutes walk away.

£800 per month + £150 towards bills and council tax

We’re in a quiet, safe neighbourhood (SW20) close to Raynes Park and Wimbledon station with great transport links. Wimbledon Chase station and shops are only a few minutes walk from the house.
