We have a fantastic large room available in an awesome house in Motspur Park. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table. There are three bathrooms in the house. There is a kitchen and a dining / living room with a large hob, oven, dishwasher, two fridge-freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster, and a sofa and TV, great for having a bite to eat, glass of wine and a chat with your flatmates at the end of the day.

There is a back garden ideal for barbecues and a few drinks outside in summer. The house is also situated away from the road with a small park in front, so it is nice and quiet.

There is a cleaner who comes weekly and someone who looks after the garden.

The house has super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband, perfect for watching Netflix or iPlayer.

This property is 5-10 minutes to Motspur Park train station, 30 mins to Waterloo. There is a nearby bus service to Morden and Wimbledon. There is free parking on the road.
