Cozy double room near Wimbledon and Kingston

I'm looking for someone to take over my double room, suitable for one person.
There's four other rooms in the flat, occupied by one Italian girl, an Irish lad, and two English boys. The flat has three bathrooms(1 shower, 2 baths) so chances are you gonna share a toilet with just one person (makes sharing a lot more easier). Kitchen and living room are together, plenty of space to cook, dine and watch tv. Everyone in the flat is friendly and considerate.

Ideally looking for someone to move in by 1st of July. But mid July works aswell. The rent is £405, council tax and bills come up to around £70 a month so rent is less than £500. At London prices this is a bargain! Deposit should be one months rent in advance and there is an agency fee £150, also they'll run refrence checks before you move in. The flat is 1 minute from a bus stop operated 24/7 by bus route 57, which takes you to Wimbledon, Kingston, Tooting and Streatham. Raynes park station is 10 - 15 minute walk away (or 5 mins bus ride) and takes you to Waterloo in 20 minutes. There's an off licence across the road for emergency shopping, but everything else you need is by the station.

Sorry the room looks a bit messy, I'm in the process of packing and half the stuff is just lying around.

Room comes with a bed, wardrobe and a desk and chair.

Viewing and meeting the flat mates is a must!
