Lovely, big double bedroom in a friendly professional house share, two minutes from Wimbledon Chase and one stop to Wimbledon station.

I am a young woman looking for someone professional, who is outgoing and relaxed, to share this lovely period house, and maybe the occasional glass of wine. I am living in the family home which my father, Stephen, who lives elsewhere, owns. I am a laboratory technician. Your room is a big, bright, quiet space with a king-size bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage space, overlooking the park. You will have full use of the kitchen, living room and dining room and a delightful, mature garden with a sunny patio. There are two bathrooms in the house. Good Wi-Fi. Other than needing to purchase a parking permit, all bills are included.
Access to a secure bike shed if you are a cyclist.

The house is close to 164 and 163 buses to Wimbledon, and the 152 to South Wimbledon tube station. There are good local shops including two supermarkets within three minutes walk and a friendly local pub.
