Hi! I am looking for a FEMALE STUDENT to take over my tenancy at Lightfoot Hall student accommodation in Chelsea.
I will be moving out late March/early April, and the lease is until September 7th 2024. This Twin en-suite room (shared by two people) is located on the 2nd floor with views overlooking London (10th floor) and the Kings Road.

ROOM AMENITIES-
The room is an en-suite, equipped with a 3/4 bed, closet, drawers, shelf, desk, chair, nightstand, mirror, under bed storage, night light and a large window. The room also includes a small area with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink. The room also comes with a built in TV and wifi.

RECEPTION AND ALL BILLS INCLUDED-
There is a vending machine in the lobby with 24-7 security. The people at the reception are really helpful and friendly. The building is key-access only. All utility bills (water, electricity, wifi) are included in the cost of the en-suite.

SHARED AMENITIES-
There is also shared kitchen/living room which has 4, 4-ring hobs, sinks, 4 built in ovens, 4 freezers, plenty of shelf storage and a dining table. The accommodation has a free study area, communal area and laundry room with plenty of washing machines and dryers.

BUS AND TUBE COMMUTE-
It is located just off of the Kings Road and within a 5 minute walking distance is a Waitrose, and within a 10 minute walking distance is South Kensington tube station and Sloane Square tube station. There is a bus stop right outside the accommodation and others all within a 5 minutes walking distance.

Ideally situated for Imperial College students, this accommodation is also home to other students from all other London universities.

I am the current tenant looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (from end of March/ beginning of April until 7th Sept).
