I have a single room at the top of my flat based in Beauchamp Place, Knightsbridge SW3. The room is quiet and comes with a bed and some storage. This is a great central area with lots of restaurants and bars close by but also Hyde Park and Museums / Art Galleries.
You are welcome to share the kitchen, living room and bathroom, I have a dog called Max who is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I would like someone who also relatively tidy like myself but not ocd. I regularly go to the gym that is very close by called Aquillia, they have a pool and sauna and steam for £100 a month.
