I am looking to move out of our London new build apartment next month and I'm looking for someone to take my room.

The room is a large double with an en suite bath/shower room.

I can leave it furnished for £500 - for that you will get a bed, mattress and mattress topper that are 1.5 years old worth £600 and an Ikea huge double wardrobe that cost £500 brand new.
The details of the apartment are:

Two double bedrooms (one with en suite)
Large separate bathroom, used by guests and my flat mate Alex
Big open plan kitchen/living room with a private balcony
Quiet road close to Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell.

LOCATION

2 mins walk to the local park
7 min walk to Clapham High Street
10 min walk to Brixton
20 min walk to the Thames

Transport to The City and The West End is fantastic from Stockwell station on the Victoria and Northern lines (less than 5 mins walk).

Brixton = 2 mins
Clapham Common = 2 mins
Victoria = 5 mins
London Bridge = 7 mins
Oxford Circus = 9 mins
Bank = 11 mins
Kings Cross = 13 mins
Old Street = 15 mins

You'd be taking on a contract ending Feb 1st with the option to renew for 12 months (actual move in date can be flexible 7 days either side of that date).
